College Art Student Tackles Mental Health Stigma Through His Work
Blackburn College Level 3 Art and Design student Lawrence Silcock is using his art to help bring an end to the stigma surrounding mental health.
Lawrence (23) goes by his artist alias The Lone Artist – Lawlife Meledictus. He has autism and is portraying his experiences with mental health through impactful, graphic art.
Lawrence, who lives in Accrington, has also created commission-based art which was inspired by other people sharing their mental health experiences with him.
